Expanding Pediatric Access in Poway

Thanks to a $5,000 grant from the Poway Community Foundation, Neighborhood Healthcare has been able to expand access to pediatric care and strengthen outreach efforts in Poway.

This support helped generate matching funds from the Gold Family, amplifying awareness of affordable pediatric services in the community. As a result, 568 additional children aged 5 and under accessed care at our Poway location this year.

Across all outreach efforts so far, Neighborhood Healthcare has:

• Provided 4,672 medical visits for 943 children aged five and under.

• Delivered 690,403 digital impressions, reaching 13,839 local families.

• Engaged 728 individuals and families through community events and tabling opportunities.

This grant demonstrates how targeted community support can improve access to care and ensure every child in Poway has the opportunity to grow up healthy.
